Prescriptions

DDX expedites and simplifies case submissions by allowing you to enter cases online. Schedule a case and receive a return date with the option to include images, 3D images, and other important attachments. Your lab can view the case as soon as it is entered.

Attachments

One of the great advantages DDX offers is the ability to attach digital files to cases. You can attach pictures, documents, x-rays, and shades - practically any file that will help clarify the patient's unique requirements.

Account Balance and Payments

The DDX "Account Balance" and "Authorize Payment" options allow you to view your account balance and month-to-date invoice total. If your credit card information is on file with the lab you can even authorize credit card payments. You can access your account details anytime, from anywhere.

Statements
