DDX Upgrades
Your lab's productivity and profitability rely on using the most current features and technology offered in the industry. The DDX support program includes upgrades at no charge. This ensures that your lab is equipped with all the new features that make your lab more efficient. You'll benefit from dozens of new features as a result of suggestions and ideas made by industry experts, your peers and you!
Technical Phone Support
Although DDX's features are intuitive and comprehensive you may have questions or problems - and you won't have to wait for an answer. DDX support offers quick solutions when a question or problem arises. Unlimited phone support is available from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. E.S.T. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. E.S.T. on Friday. If you do not have a DDX support contract, technical support costs $4 per minute with a 15 minute minimum.
