Evaluation methods used
The evaluation was completed using the current version of the Google Chrome web browser at the time of writing. The following representative workflows were selected for evaluation:

  1. Sign up (landing → sign-up → form)
  2. Login (landing → login → dashboard)
  3. Review case (dashboard → case list → case)
  4. Edit a user (dashboard → user list → user)
  5. Create and approve a new case (new case page → case details page)

Automated scan tools (Google Chrome Lighthouse and accessibilitychecker.org) were used as an initial step for each tested page. Manual evaluation techniques were used for components not covered by the automated scan tools and for complete end-to-end processes. Supported tools include the WAVE Evaluation Tool browser extension and the NVDA screen reader. A custom CSS snippet was applied in Chrome to test text spacing conformance.
